Welcome to Zobhilo.com, operated by Creative Global Features Pvt Ltd ("Zobhilo", "Company", "we", "us"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, apps or services. By using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide integrated online and offline B2B and B2C services under one roof, including a business directory, e-commerce shop, food ordering, Utility Cards, jobs, matrimonial and household services. Some services are provided by third-party businesses listed on Zobhilo; those businesses are responsible for their own products and services.

2. User Acceptance and Eligibility

By using our services you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and truthful information, and keep your account details up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials and OTPs confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Do not misuse the services, post unlawful or misleading content, or attempt to disrupt the website.

4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay and supported methods such as cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. We do not store your card or bank credentials.
  • An order or service is confirmed only after successful payment. If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is returned as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may change prices, offers and availability at any time; the price shown at the time of your order applies to that order.

5. Shipping, Cancellation and Refunds

Delivery of orders is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Utility Card Terms

  • The Utility Card gives the holder discounts and conveniences on products and services of institutions and shops associated with Zobhilo / Creative Mart, at prices lower than the market price.
  • The availability of a particular product, service or discount depends on the associated institution or shop. Zobhilo does not promise that every product or service will be available as per the card holder's wish.
  • The amount paid for the Utility Card is non-refundable once the card is activated, except for failed or duplicate payments. Please read the Utility User Terms & Conditions before purchasing.

7. Business Associates

Business owners who join our promotion scheme should read the Business Owner Terms & Conditions carefully. The promotion scheme spreads awareness about the business and its products and services; it does not guarantee a fixed number of customers or income. Fees paid for services already provided are not refundable.

8. Workers and Marketing Members

Zobhilo does not charge any fee for registration, interview, ID card or training for workers. Any monthly allowance is paid only on successful completion of the target assigned by the Company, as communicated at the time of joining.

9. Matrimonial Services

Matrimonial profiles are subject to the Matrimonial Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for verifying the details of the profiles they contact.

10. Third-Party Collaborations

We may work with third parties (payment, delivery, restaurants, listed businesses) to deliver our services. Your information is shared with them only as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Zobhilo name, logo, website design and content belong to Creative Global Features Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zobhilo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, products or services of third-party businesses listed on the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to services if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or if required for legal or operational reasons.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the services means you accept the changes.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
